EMS Racing Sign South African Superbike Champion

EMS Racing are delighted to announce that they will field the two man team of reigning South African Superbike Champion Sheridan Morais and rising Irish star Mark Pollock in the Superstock 1000 FIM Cup.

In 2005 the EMS Racing team finished third in the prestigious Superstock 1000 FIM Cup, which runs alongside the spectacular World Superbike Championship. For 2006 the team are hoping to continue their strong presence in the championship, but they know it’s going to be a tough challenge as neither rider has competed on any of the European tracks.

Sheridan Morais may not be a well known name in European racing, but he promises to be a force to be reckoned when he arrives in the Superstock 1000 FIM Cup. The 20 year old became the youngest ever rider to win the South African Superbike Championship and since establishing himself as the best in his country, he is determined to make his mark in Europe.
